MEAL PLANNING? HOW TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY?

Hi, today I want to share something different with you guys. As what you guys read on the title, how to save time and money? Today I will share about meal planning tips that can help us to save more time and money.

Every person will react differently about meal planning. Some people say it is easier if you plan your meal for the whole week and some says it is very difficult from A to B. So here, lets change our mindset first.

What's the correlation between save money and time with meal planning?

Meal planning isn't only for someone who is on diet, but also for someone who is really busy working yet still want to eat clean & save time money.

So yes, you guys might think, what's the point?

If you guys plan what you guys want to eat earlier for the whole week, of course, it can save your time because you already have idea and know on what you will eat tomorrow and the next day. Also, as you guys know, you can save more money if buying in bulk and this can avoid food waste because you already calculate how much you need per serving.

How to meal planning?

1. Check what you have at home and always, plan the week ahead.

2. Pick and choose what you like the most and list down what you're going to buy. Make sure you measure every food correctly. This will make your life easier at the market.

3. Think how many servings you actually need. If you don't mind to repeat your meal, it's easier if you find recipes for 2 or more servings.

4. At the market, only buy what you need or as what you list before.

Basically, meal planning is plan your meal earlier. You guys can always print any template in the pinterest and plan what will you guys have for the rest of the week.

But, I always find this two option are easier and faster. First, you can cook your meal on Sunday, put in container and store them in the fridge and reheat every meal when you want to eat. Second, if you guys prefer fresh cook foods, you guys can always prep or marinate every thing on Sunday, put each meal time in ziplock bag or container and store them in fridge, then every time you want to eat, just cook!

Thank you and see you guys in the next post! <3
